Legislation regulates the procedure of the educational process and educational relations, establishing conditions and guarantees for the professional development of young people and their comprehensive personal growth. The main areas of legal regulation are presented in the form of interactive infographics (https://pravo.by/).

Each pictogram provides access to a selection of key legal acts (in their current, up to date versions) on the following issues:

• admission to the educational institution;
• internships/practical training and assessment/certification, as well as job placement and reassignment after graduation;
• scholarship and other financial payments;
• accommodation in dormitories and transport fare concessions;
• fee based education and other matters.

A separate section is devoted to education in our country for foreigners.

The infographic resource also provides other services:

• the opportunity to discuss legal regulation in the field of education and to submit proposals for its improvement;
• a link to the full body of legislation of the Republic of Belarus for access to other legal acts on this topic.
